bluebell farm grand design

from 2017 to 2019 mel & paul built their very own grand design.  avid viewers of the tv programme since launch in 1999, at last the couple got the go ahead to convert their barns from ‘agricultural to dwelling’.

the main part of the planning approval stated that the shape of the building must remain the same.  and so it did!  ground source heating, solar and an (almost) passive home launched  bluebell farm into the 2020s.
